Please note:
- The minimum stay is 3 nights
- For bookings of less than 1 week (3-6 nights), each night will be charged at the daily rate
- For bookings longer than 1 week (e.g. a 10-night booking), each additional night will be charged at the weekly rate on a pro rata basis
- Charges are inclusive of heating and electricity
- Once your booking is confirmed, we will require 20% of the total cost of the booking as a deposit. The remainder will be due one month prior to the start of the booking
