You can choose to pay for your holiday by bank transfer, credit/debit card or UK cheque.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you details of how to pay.
We accept all major cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also pay with a PayPal account.
- Once a booking has been confirmed, we will require 20% of the total cost of the booking as a deposit. The remainder will be due one month prior to the start of the booking
- If you have to cancel a booking more than six weeks before the booking start date, the deposit will be refunded, less a GBP 30/EUR 30 cancellation fee per week. After this date the deposit is not refundable
- Please note that use of the house is at your own risk, and we cannot accept any liability for any injury or problem of any nature that arises as a result of the use of the house
- If for any reason the house is unavailable at the time that you have booked (act of God, force majeure etc) we will refund your money in full. This represents the limit of our liabilities
- Your decision to book the house will be regarded as acceptance of these conditions
